Bengaluru
based live entertainment firm "Bohemian Live", the company behind the
new music festival "CultFest", have announced the
headliners for their 2015 edition. The inaugural edition, will be headlined by
the legendary Death Metal band – Cannibal Corpse and Deathcore stalwarts
Suicide Silence.
Cannibal
Corpse are definitely one of the most successful death metal band in the history of the genre. Now thirteen
studio full lengths deep, Cannibal shows no sign of slowing down with ‘A
Skeletal Domain’, a blistering heavy metal record from start to finish.
Suicide Silence, are one of the leaders of
the extreme modern deathcore metal movement. The recent release of their new album
‘You Can’t Stop Me’, has shown that they continue to grow stronger, even after
Mitch Lucker’s tragic death in 2012.
This
single day open air event will see both the bands perform for the first time in
India. With the two, the festival will see a good balance of old school metal
and the modern wave of metal. The event will be held in Bengaluru,
India on April 11th 2015 (Saturday) and will feature 3 more opening bands
from India, to be announced shortly.
